Your Cancun Escape exclusive vacation offer includes round-trip airfare from a Dallas, TX area airport on select Sunday’s during the months of September and October (based on limited availability at our negotiated air and lodging contract rates for the Deluxe Gold Category, add-ons apply for departures on other days of the week and for travel during other months of the year or on departure dates where our contracted air and hotel inventory are not available) to Cancun Mexico for two people, 5-nights at the Hard Rock Resort Cancun or Riviera Maya (or similar 4-Star+ All-Inclusive resort – subject to availability on dates requested), round-trip transfers from the Cancun Airport to the resort, airfare taxes and resort taxes. Fees for carry-on bags, checked luggage, baggage handling and gratuities are not included.

Packages are available year round, excluding holidays.

• September and October:             $2,197 for package for 2 people
• November and June:                  +$300 per couple
• July and August:                         +$500 per couple
• Dec through May:                       +$900 per couple
• Non-Sunday Departures add an additional $200 per couple to the month of your choice above.
• If the Deluxe Gold Category or Airfare is not available on the dates you request, you will either be offered an alternative travel date or a price to upgrade for your desired date of travel.
• Triple and Quad occupancy accommodations may be available. Ask your agent for pricing if this is desired.

Your room is stylishly appointed Deluxe Gold category room and will have either one King bed or two Double Beds, a romantic hydro-spa tub for two, a flat-screen TV with a variety of channels, a mini-fridge stocked with bottled water, soft drinks and beer, a balcony, and a 3-piece bathroom. Bedding type is on request only and cannot be guaranteed. Your view will be a resort or garden view. It may be possible to guarantee your bedding or upgrade your view or room type by paying the difference in cost. You can discuss these options and their prices with your booking agent when confirming your dates.

Your resort credit can be used to pay for just about anything that is not included in the all-inclusive package at the resort. This includes premium bottles of wine, champagne and super-premium spirits, off-property tours and excursions, golf, spa treatments, salon services, private romantic dinners, etc. When you purchase anything with your resort credit, you will be asked to pay 20% of the redeemed amount in cash or on a credit card to cover the taxes and service charges associated with the redemption. If you use the entire $1,500 resort credit, your total out-of-pocket cost of redemption is $300. Use of the resort credit is 100% optional and you only pay the 20% redemption fee on the portion of the resort credit used. The resort credit offer is only valid at Hard Rock Resorts and has no cash value. Any remaining unused resort credit at the time of check-out is forfeited.

It is a good idea to bring some money for off-site activities. A departure tax of $15 to $50 per person is required in some Caribbean and Mexican airports and must be paid in cash. Most of these airport and local fees are included in our package rates, but a few airports still do not.  Be sure and ask if the departure tax is included for the particular package you choose.
